Grilled Chicken Burger

Every time when I raise up the lid in my backyard and don’t know what to grill, I will always go for chicken burger. As a big fan of chicken, I enjoy various ways of grilling chicken. This chicken burger recipe offers another version of tasty grilled chicken, and is especially good for game day or tailgating. Moreover, you can make the burgers in bulk with ease, which perfectly meets the demands of all hungry mouths in your party.

Ingredients you’ll need:

Ground chicken (2 lb)

1 onion, chopped

2-3 garlic cloves, minced

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

1 tomato, diced

1 carrot, diced

1 egg

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1 tbsp steak seasoning

Salt and black pepper to taste

Tools you’ll need:

Royal Gourmet Barbecue Tongs

Royal Gourmet Burger Patty Press

Grills Recommended:

Royal Gourmet Gas Grill SG6002

Royal Gourmet Charcoal Grill with Offset Smoker CC1830F

To make the burger patties richer in taste, you’ll firstly sauté some diced and sliced vegetables.

Place a pan on the side burner of Royal Gourmet gas grill SG6002, add the garlic, onion, mushrooms, carrot, tomato and pepper. Sauté until the veggies reach your desired tenderness.

Wait until the veggies cool down, mix them together with the ground chicken in a large bowl. Keep stirring and mixing with either spatula or your hands, during which time add an egg, bread crumbs, steak seasoning, salt and pepper.

While all ingredients are well blended, it’s time to form burger patties. Take each amount of meat mixture and form similar-sized burger patties. It is better to make them loosely so that chicken could be better cooked.

With Royal Gourmet burger patty press you are able to achieve plenty of patties easily and quickly.

Preheat your Royal Gourmet grill and lightly grease the grates with vegetable oil.

While the grill is nice and hot, place the patties in grill over medium heat. It is such a big pleasure to enjoy the sizzling sounds from these mouthwatering patties.

Grill 5-6 minutes on each side.

The patties have got these beautiful grill marks and the smell comes out in a really tempting way. Transfer the freshly grilled chicken patties to a plate.

While resting the patties, place the burger buns upon grill so that they get smokey flavor and appealing grill marks as well.

Serve with your favourite sides, and finish the burger with mayonnaise and a bun on top.

Among the hundreds of chicken burgers I have tried, the grilled ones are always my preference. And among the grilled chicken burgers, this recipe is definitely something you cannot miss.

The meat is full of flavors from chicken and veggies. It is such a delicious recipe and once you tried, you are going to love it!
