INTRODUCTION

 
 

Pork is best to be marinated before grilling. While there are a lot of ways to make the marinade, we do have some most welcomed recipes making the juicy meat redolent of herbs/seasonings inducing guests. Today we are going to make one of them out of your backyard.

6 boneless pork loin chops, about 1’’ thick
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup parsley, minced
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
kosher salt, to taste

Put the seasonings into a large bowl and mix them well. Pour the marinade into a resealable bag and throw the pork chops in. Rub and massage thoroughly until the meat get finely coated, then squeeze air out and put the bag in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Preheat the grill to a medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates; make sure there are no residues remaining.

Place the pork chops on the grill for 6 minutes cooking per side. Use a tong make their sides cooked evenly.

Remove the chops from the grill and drip with some fresh lemon juice; rest for a while and cut into slices. Serve warm.

 

 

 

 

 

NotePad

The longer you marinate the pork, the tastier its cooking result would be.

 

Don't cook chops for a long time, or they will become tough and dry for eat.
